When setting up, we picked a Seasonal Theme (by mistake), we want to push it back to Classic Theme but it won't allow it. The message on Classic Themes is "if you've chosen a seasonal theme, when it expires your doorbell will return to your classic theme"
Is there any way to revert back before November 3?

My recommendation, a double warning of a) are you sure, do you know you're literally trapped into the Seasonal Theme and then b) are you double, double sure? No coding required 😉
Had I known that this was the way, it would not have done it. So, instead of a massive amount of coding to create the "undo" or "rollback" feature, a simple warning would have worked well for me (and clearly at least one other person).

I had an online chat support session and was told that once seasonal is selected, you’re literally trapped. In my case I’m forced to have Halloween or Diwali.
Not ideal. Far, far from ideal.

Hey there!
Thank you for reaching out. I'm truly sorry for the inconvenience you're experiencing with the seasonal theme on your Nest Doorbell. I understand that being unable to switch back to the classic theme is frustrating.
After the holiday, the doorbell automatically goes back to the default tone, and the seasonal theme disappears in the app. However, we're always looking for ways to improve and appreciate your feedback as it helps us continue improving our products to meet your needs.
Let me know if you have any other questions.
Best regards,
Melany
