Hello, I have a Nest 2nd gen doorbell wired. Over the weekend I noticed the video was burred out when I went to go answer my door then it said it was unavailable. I removed my doorbell and rebooted it with the reset button. It came back on and I was able to see video just fine. The next day I get a package delivered and go to look at the doorbell cam and it is burry again then shows unavailable. Has anyone seen this before? Hard to believe the few month old device is dead already.

Thanks for bringing up the concern you're having. I'd love to look into this for you. The first troubleshooting step that I'd recommend would be to restart your device. This process should keep all your settings, and reconnect it to the same Wi-Fi network. This might be helpful if it ever freezes, has connection problems, or isn't working normally.

I apologize for not getting back to this sooner. I tried rebooting the camera before I ever made the original post. The camera came back on after the reboot but a day later it was blurred out again. I rebooted it again and so far it seems to be working for more than 1 day.
