Nest Doorbell 2nd generation ring too long

Hi,

I recently installed the Nest Doorbell (wired 2nd gen).  When someone ring the doorbell, it would ring on for like 2 min.  It is mechanical chime not an electronic chime.  How do I fix this issue?  I didn't have this issue with my Nest Doorbel 1st gen wired.  Thanks!
