Hi all
For some reason the notifications for my Nest Doorbell Battery have stopped from all of my devices connected to it (S23 Ultra and a Tab S6 Lite).
Notifications are switched on within the Home app, and also within Android settings.
I deleted event zones and recreated them with notifications switched on - nothing.
I've just got a new phone (S25 Ultra), same thing.
Why is this?

Hi
I have been in communication with Google Support. They arranged for a replacement Nest Doorbell Battery, which I received. However, the no notifications issue persists even with the replacement.

I just wanted to update. Google Support sent me another Doorbell Battery (so 2nd replacement, my 3rd in total). This one initially didn't send me notifications on the day it was installed... but then did the very next day. Touch wood it's still sending me notifications. Finally.
I still think it has to be something on Google's end, and not the hardware, but it's working currently and therefore I think you should push for a replacement and keep on doing it till the issue is actually solved.

Hi @Stephen15,
Thank you for the information provided. Given that your Galaxy S10 continues to receive notifications, would you kindly confirm that your Galaxy S25 is running the latest software version and that the Google Home app is up to date?
Please keep me posted.

My S25 is running Android Version 15, UI version One UI 7.0, security patch level February 2025
The S10 is Android Version 12, One UI version 4.1, patch level 1 March 2023
I copied all the data and settings from the S10 to the S25 using the Switch programme. The S25 is running Home version 3.29.157.6. The S10 has Home version 3.30.1.5. I don't know why they are different as I haven't updated them manually since copying them over.
The S10 has not always been switched on since I bought the S25, but the S25 has always been on.
The notifications reported by the Home Apps are (if I am interpreting the screens correctly)
