Nest Doorbell Broken Lens

Hello! 
I dont know what happened, but the lens of my doorbell are broken, so the vision is not clear. I would like to replace it! How can I do?

Google Nest does not sell spare parts (unlike some of its competitors) or offer any repair services. You could try contacting Support to see if you qualify for a warranty replacement under the 1-year warranty.

To contact Support:

1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.

I contacted customer service and they just keep saying I'm out of warranty and I've heard that UK people get an extended to your warranty, I've also heard many posts on Reddit and here that people 6 months out of warranty still get theirs replaced. I'm only about 4 months out of warranty.

Evidently this is a common issue I tried to contact support they weren't very helpful evidently The forum people are more helpful so here's to hoping....  I have this same problem
