The doorbell camera used to work great (for a year). It stopped working and the green light is on but the blue light won't turn on. I've had an electrician out for the last 4 hours running new wires, making sure the chime is installed correctly, did a factory reset. and nothing will work. Is the product defective and I have to order a new one?

You can go to this "Contact Us" link: https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp
Select "Doorbell", type a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
Click "Other", then click "Next step" until you see the contact options.
Choose to get a call or call or chat with the team, as available in your country.

Thank you - yes I was able to speak with a representative, and unfortunately they confirmed the camera unit is broken/faulty and not covered by warranty any longer. I bought a "new" one (via the used market on eBay) and it works great.
