When I first set up our cam it was fine. We recently had work done and the electric had to be redone. We had to replace the transformer on the bell. After we did this, I tried connecting the cam back to wifi - it would not connect. I tried removing the camera from my app altogether - big mistake. Now I try to connect the cam and it won't accept any of the choices to connect to the app. The cam no longer connects.

This process should keep all your settings, and reconnect it to the same Wi-Fi network. This is helpful if it ever freezes, has connection problems, or isn't working normally.
