Based on previous responses to other users, the only solution to this seems to be purchasing one from third party marketplaces such as eBay or Amazon. Unfortunately it seems there is no option to purchase one or received replacement for one directly from Google.
I keep seeing posts like this from Google Nest customers needing parts, and find it extraordinary that Google Nest offers no spare parts at all for its cameras and doorbells and other devices.
