Hi there!
We’ve had our Nest Doorbell for about a little over a year now. Since installing, our original home doorbell chime was silenced. Yesterday, we had some heating/air people come over to fix our air ducts and I believe they adjusted some things on our Nest Thermostats. Not sure how it got connected, but now all of a sudden our original home doorbell chime plays in addition to the Nest doorbell chiming. A minor issue of course but I wanted to see if anyone knew how I can turn off the original
house doorbell chime and just keep the Nest doorbell chime.

I saw that the Web side had been down since around 3am neighborhood time and I did the reinforcement reestablish at around 8-9am I think. It restarted itself again around 9-10pm. I'm UTC+10.

By "Nest doorbell chime" I am guessing you mean a Nest Mini or Nest Hub with the "Visitor announcements" option turned on turned on. You can turn off your original home doorbell chime by turning off the "Indoor chime" option in Settings for the doorbell.
