My wired Nest Doorbell that I purchased in Fall 2019 just stopped working. I did some searching online and seems like I'm not the only one.
I spent about 30 minutes with Google support who was not helpful. When I plug it in through the USB adaptor it does not power on either, and I checked my power supply at the door bell site and it's delivering full power.
Front of the doorbell is also peeling like others have mentioned.
Please help me figure out how to fix or replace this - it's not acceptable that a $250 device would just break 2 years after I purchased it. Locking the threads for other users with no visible solution is not helpful. Thank you!
