Nest Doorbell Parts Replacement

This Google nest doorbell came with a “wire connector” which allowed me to connect to my home doorbell chime but the wire connector isn’t staying fastened as it should. How can I get a replacement wire connector? I had to use electrical tape to make sure it stayed connected. It’s going to be a pain every time I have to take it off to charge it.
