Nest Doorbell Peeling

Hello, my Nest Hello doorbell’s outer layer has started to peel and it looks crusty and hard. This is an cosmetic issue and I know it has nothing to do with the peel you’re supposed to remove during installation as I have did that. I’ve had this doorbell for a little longer than 1 year and I am extremely upset for something I paid $145+ to end up becoming ruined. Please help me before this issue continues to get worse. Thank you.

Wow. That is so disappointing. The fact google, such a big company treats their customers like this and isn’t even able to help their customers. And then they don’t give you your item back. Thank you so much for sharing your encounter.
