Just installed the Nest Doorbell (wired) - the indoor chime worked for 1 or 2 initial tries but since then it has stopped working. The chime on the Nest Doorbell itself, audio, and video are fine.
I read about enabling and disabling the Electronic Chime duration from this time last year but that didn't work. Any thoughts?

There are several recent posts in this forum from customers who had to upgrade their transformer to 16V 30VA in order to get their 2nd gen doorbell to work. A few customers have had problems with faulty "chime pucks".
Is your "chime puck" wired correctly?

Same problem for me this morning. Following, hoping to get a response.

I had my transformer replaced this morning to Intertek 5015490 which looks like a 16V 1875mA transformer -- I think that translates to 16V 30VA? Before that, the yellow light showed up on my doorbell, after that it no longer did.
It records video and sends notifications to my phone just fine. Just no chime. Chime puck is wired correctly but there's the same (non-chiming) behavior with or without it. I'm hoping it's a problem with a faulty chime puck. Google support is sending me an entirely new unit because they say they can't just replace the chime puck.

Hope that's not the case haha
Oddly enough, I have a green light, not yellow.
Partly wondering if it has something to do with the Google Home App Public Preview, have had issues with settings not working so removed it for now

Yes, triple checked it once it started acting this way.

Worked with Google rep and actually processed a replacement. In the meantime, I worked to upgrade my transformer to 16V 30VA, and it worked like a charm. Will be returned the replacement and provided that feedback to Google to update their spec requirements from 16V 10VA.
