Nest Doorbell delaminating

JPFerri

Hello,

My Google nest doorbell is approximately 2 years old and is now showing signs of peeling / delaminating.

Looking at previous post's this appears to be a recurrent issue for the product. How do I go about contacting somebody to get this issue resolved please?
Thanks!

Hi JPFerri,

Yikes! I’m sorry to hear that. Let’s check this out — could you fill out this form and let me know once you’re done?

Looking forward to your response.

Thanks,

JT

Lol! "Yikes"... Like Google don't know of this problem. Google know all too well that there is an issue with their 1st Gen Doorbells delaminating. I've been around the merry go around trying to get mine replaced/repaired to no avail. Google should just admit there is a fault and at minimum offer their customers a sizeable discount on a new gen doorbell.

Sorry for venting on your thread! Good luck on getting Google to do something about it.

hahahaha!  Yikes - classic.  Well known issue and now the reps are pretending it is a new thing. why doesn't google stand behind it's products?
