My nest door bell which I got through adt and they installed fell off it's Mount and landed lens down on the cement and it is now basically useless. What do I do?

If you purchased your battery doorbell through ADP I don't know whether you contact ADP Support or Google Nest Support. I've seen other posts in this forum from customers whose battery doorbell simply fell off of its mount. You can see how it's mounted at about 3:30 in the first video in this Google Nest Help topic:

To contact Google Nest Support:
1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.
