I have a new nest Doorbell battery version that is working on my phone and showing on my smarthub.
However I was hoping to link to Smartthings so it would show on my TV. However when I go into Smartthings app to try and link i get a message
'can't find a device to link to Samsung Smartthings. It looks like you don't have a device supported by Samsung Smartthings'
Any suggestions please

So I found out that the Battery Version does not link to Smartthings as you use the Home App and not the Nest app. Smartthings only links with Nest and for that you need the wired version. So I switched to the wired version and it's all working.

Honestly, resolving the issue by using the wired version is UNACCEPTABLE. Battery version MUST work with SmartThings, PERIOD! There's no excuse for Google not to fix this stupid issue. Google can do better than that! If any of Google products isn't gonna work with SmartThings, then I'm taking my money to somewhere else. Google needs to do something about their products and automation process because Google CANNOT provide support to every issue. They just can't so they are going to suffer the consequence by losing more customers like me. I've been asking them to improve their **bleep** systems so often and all I ever received is their lousy response stating that they apologize and can't help with that issue. That's just full of it.
