New phone and router

Had phone stolen, got new phone and at same time had new internet service installed with new router. Now neither camera will hook up. Tried reset button, each step, now it won't connect to camera or phone. Getting really frustrated.

Resolved! 2nd Gen Doorbell chime adapter not working

I have a mechanical chime which works well with the 2nd gen google doorbell. When the chime attachment is install it will not work no matter what options I change on the app. Any thoughts? Just not use the chime attachment?

Can nest doorbell short out the chime?

Installed new nest door bell. All worked fine then the actual chime unit inside house stopped. Smelled like a short. Nest doorbell seems to work but guessing it’s on battery. any advice?
