Google Nest Camera has died

My Google Camera has died on me, tried to fix it by buying a new charger and plugging it in, didn’t work then tried restarting it by holding the back for 15 seconds didn’t work, then tried another camera that worked but this one didn’t connect, tried contacting Google for 2 weeks no response

• Factory Reset: Ensure you are performing the correct process. Press the reset button until you hear a second countdown tone. It's important to ensure that the camera is connected to its charger. Follow these steps to factory reset your Nest Cam (battery).
• Pairing: Ensure the camera is ready to connect. Visit our Help Center to learn more about Nest camera lights and sounds.
• Set up: The app takes you through the steps. Follow these steps to set up and connect your Nest camera.

Hi, so i have tried all your options you have given to me and none of these options have worked, The camera has seem to show no life

Hi, So I have done this many times however no one seems to respond back to my surveys for a call or email. Ive filled out the form multiple times pending a phone call and no response

Did the camera charge it all. Or is it not charging? If it's not charging, try cleaning the charging area. Some dusk maybe on the port (the part where you put the charger). Test that charger on your other cameras. To make sure the charger is working. One time I had to unplug the charger from my camera over & over until it started working. And put it on a different outlet. But if that charger is working on your othet cameras; then that camera is broken
