Hello All,
Trying to determine if my Nest Doorbell is faulty.
I've got the battery version, and it will sometimes (about once per week) say it has no connectivity. At the times it has happened, the battery is well above 50% and I've tested the wifi beside it many times, getting 890mbps down and 125mbps up. There is nothing to interfere as we are in a condo and at the end of a hallway by ourselves. No other wifi items have any issue.
I can't think of anything other than a doorbell fault of some sort, but thought I'd post here in case there is something somebody smarter than myself may be aware of and which I'm not thinking of.
Cheers to any thoughts. Ty.

Hi Lyphe416,
Thank you for posting in the community. I'm sorry that you're having troubles with the connection on your Nest Doorbell battery. I understand how frustrating this can be. I'm here to help.
Before I begin, I need to ask a few questions for further assistance:
When the connectivity drops, what color is the LED light on the Nest Doorbell?
Can you describe the steps you take to restore the connection?
Have you noticed any pattern to when it happens? Is it at a specific time of day, after a certain activity, or completely random?
Have you made any recent changes to your network configuration, such as changing the Wi-Fi password or adding new devices?
Can you describe the make and model of your Wi-Fi router/modem?
Please keep me posted. I'll look forward to your response.
Regards,
Kevin
