Nest Doorbell starting to delaminate....Chat support says, "Sorry, but it is out of warranty." I have had the doorbell for a little over a year and a half and it's not like the delamination just started today. The customer service person said, "It is still working, so no worries." My response was, "So you would be ok if the paint on your new car started peeling and you were told, "It still drives fine, so no worries"?" Pretty sad Google won't stand behind their products when there clearly is a manufacturing defect with these doorbells.

I am terribly sorry to hear that your Nest Hello Doorbell has been cracking and peeling! I can imagine this has been a very frustrating experience for you. However, I would love to look into this further for you!
