Our doorbell quit sending notifications, it will detect some movement when a car goes by but does not see movement right in front of it. It does work when we ring the doorbell.
It had been working fine, we think it quit about the time the Google Home app had an update. We have reset the camera, power cycled the iPhone, verified subscriptions, google account is logged in, deleted and redid the zone and verified all settings in both the ATD control and Google home apps, Any thoughts.

Unfortunately i do not have a fix there's heaps of users complaining about the same fault though. Maybe scroll through this forum and online in social media platforms and see whats worked for others. Ive not seen just one fix in general thats been successful for all users. I have seen it rectified though so dont give up expect to put a lot of time into it though and expect it to happen again...

Hello folks,
@OzarkSun, thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To know more about this issue, I'd like to confirm, has anything changed on the view of your Nest Camera’s environment? Is the Airplane or Do Not Disturb mode turned off or on? Have you tried using a different mobile device? Nest Cameras determine when something moves based on how much an image changes over a short period of time. So, your Nest Camera may not send an alert if the following is true:
You might have to move your Nest Camera, change your Nest Camera’s angle, or change something in the scene so that you don’t miss important activity. You may also consider setting up an activity zone. Hit this link for more information and let us know how it goes.
I appreciate your help, Fraa.
Regards,
Emerson
