Nest Doorbell stopped sending notifications

My doorbell has suddenly stopped sending my Iphone push notifications when someone rings the bell which is its whole point of being. It cant be the WiFi as it sends emails no problem. I have all notifications set to ON in my phone, and can access the camera via the Nest app on my phone. I do not have Do Not Disturb set on my phone either. It always used to work now it doesnt.

Is there a support phone number I can call?

This happened to one of our iPhones about a year ago. (We have the older Google Nest Hello Doorbells.) Deleting and reinstalling the Google Home app on that phone solved the problem.

@KarlH, thanks for reaching out here in the Community. We would recommend you to turn off and on the notification settings on your Nest app. Also, you may reinstall your Nest app and make sure that the notification settings are turned on. Let us know if you have more questions in mind.
