Nest Doorbell (wired ) UK release for Gen 2

My Nest Doorbell is starting to show some wear and tear, and the plastic is starting to peel. We've invested in Google Smart Home products and want to continue with them. But the lack of availability of the new Wired Doorbell in the UK is prompting a rethink. When will the new Wired Doorbell be released in the UK and what’s behind the delay in doing this?
