Hello.
I have two of the new Nest Cam's (indoor/outdoor with battery) at my house. I'd like to add my wired Nest doorbell to the account in order to share my Nest aware account. When I try to add the doorbell to the Google Home app, it tells me to do this in the Nest app. How do I get them together in order to have them on one Nest aware subscription? Thanks in advance.
Steve.

We have one of the new Google Nest Battery Cameras (supported only by the Google Home app) and several of the older Google Nest cameras and Nest Hello doorbells (configured and set up in the Google Nest app [and supported on the home.nest.com website]). They are all on our Nest Aware Plus subscription. When we added a wired Nest Hello recently, we set it up it in the Google Nest app and, with "Video recording" enabled, it's automatically part of our Nest Aware Plus subscription.

Are you able to view all cameras in single app? Can you view all cameras on nest hub?
Thanks in advance.

As far as I know, the Nest Hello only works with the Nest App. The new battery cameras (and Doorbell) only work in the Home app. Google is moving all new product lines over to the Home App.

Yes, would still like some help. I can't get my Nest hello (wired) on the same Nest aware subscription as my two Nest outdoor cams. Can you help?

Are you sure that you purchased a Nest Aware subscription on the correct Google account associated with your Nest Cams/Doorbells? It would work automatically if it was applied to the same account that your devices are connected too. If it was the correct account, go ahead and restart your devices first and then see if there is a difference.
Best regards,
Brad.

I only have one Google account.

I would suggest you contact Support for them to verify for sure if your Nest Hello (wired) is indeed, connected to your account or a different one. It is also possible that you haven't migrated from Nest to Google Home fully or something like that. I do not have the option to look into that in these forums, so that is why I suggest you reach out to Support for further assistance.
Best regards,
Brad.

Hey, Brad.
My wired Nest Hello and Nest IQ outdoor and indoor cams work properly through Nest app and can be viewed through Google home app. I am considering adding Google battery doorbell cam at secondary location, but have not done so yet. If the google battery doorbell cam is installed through Google home app, will my nest hub devices and iphone apps (Nest and Google home) be smart enough to answer the doorbell promptly?
Thanks

As long as they are connected to the same google account, then you should still be notified on your connected speakers and displays.
Best regards,
Brad.

I am afraid that what you are asking is not possible. The 2021 Nest Cams are only useable in the Google Home App and not in the Nest App. Sorry for the inconvenience!
Best regards,
Brad.

Hey, Brad!
Help would be great. Is it possible to view [old] Nest Hello and [new]Nest Doorbell (battery) on the same app? Can both old and new doorbell cams coexist in the same nest aware account?
Thanks
