I am in the UK and have had a nest wired doorbell fitted. We have power to the doorbell and it will chime when the button is pressed. However there is no blue light under the lense or any other lights other than the charm button light when pressed. I am unable to connect the doorbell to my home network. Having looked at another community thread, this suggests that the doorbell is faulty. Please can you advise. Thank you.
