Google Home Android App unable to play clips from any camera. Google home for web still plays them.

As the title states.  I believe this started happening a few days ago (~Nov 30ish).  Video clips load in the Google Home for web preview no problem.

Google Home Android Version: 3.261.3 (Updated on Nov 19)

Google Pixel 8 Android Version: 15 | Build number: AP3A.241105.007

Reproducible on other Android mobile devices (no access to iOS to try).  It doesn't matter if they are connected to WiFi or not.

Anyone else notice this happening recently?  I will log a defect with Google if there's no workaround solution.

It started partially working yesterday.  Some clips load, some just revert back to live view.

It's also extremely jittery.  Freezes etc.
