Camera not able to play recorded events

Hello, I am experiencing exactly the same issue described in that thread:

TLDR:
- I can see that all my cams have recorded events

- I can watch the live feed of all my cams (nest doorbell wired 2nd gen, nest cam + floodlight, nest cam battery)

- I can download all the events without any issue

- I don't have any issue with my internet connection, no issue with my Wi-Fi, didn't change any config in a while.

- ISSUE: I can't watch any events in the Home app, or watch anything in the past by scrolling through time (since they are recording 24/7).

Since that other thread was opened 5 months ago, I am wondering if this is an issue that was fixed and eventually came back?
I also filled the form mentioned in the other thread, in case that helps.

So today 11/11/24, it started working again. I didn't change anything, the app didn't get updated, it just started working again...

It seems that the issue comes and goes, it's been a couple of days since I again cannot watch the recorded events. I can still download them without any issue, but watching them is just stuck forever...

I'm sorry to hear that you are still having the same behavior when trying to play the recorded video from your cameras. Let me help you with this.

I will suggest you to check the Google Home app version and verify that it is updated. You can just uninstall and reinstall the Google Home app and verify if then you are able to check the video recorded.
