Nest Doorbell (wired) won't stay on

My best doorbell (wired) won't leave the camera on.  I have to manually go into the Google Home app to keep turning it back on.  Any suggestions?

Thanks for reaching out. A few questions: did the Nest doorbell work when it was first installed? If yes, how long has it been since installation? Has there been any recent power outage in the area? Also, has it been exposed to direct sunlight? (Note that the Nest doorbell is highly recommended to be installed within its operating temperature range of 5° to 104°F (-15° to 40°C).
