Nest Doorbell with Camera falling out of it's bracket

The bracket has been installed to the wall as per instructions and videos. Now for the third time the darn thing falls off after been mounted for a month of so. 
Now it's not giving a click when mounting it any more.

Can see this is not a unknown problem, any action from Google?

Could you send us a screenshot of what you see on the form on your end? We checked the form and saw that the country of Denmark (+45) is available.
