Nest Doorbell works properly, but no events are recorded

I installed the Nest Doorbell (battery Gen 2) last weekend by connecting it to the 8V previous doorbell wires.
I found the installation process to be very easy, and the documentation delivered was excellent.
There is no problem with the doorbell functionality.
The recording of events does not work. Inthe setup, I believe I followed all the steps to enable it, including defining a zone. However, no events are being recorded.
google Aware has been enabled. My Google Nest Cam, which I also have, events perfectly.

Why aren't events being recorded on my Doorbell?

There are no screenless devices or Windows Chrome tab casting available.

Hello.
I want to stream BBC Sounds (i.e. audio only) to a Google Home or Google Mini from a Chrome browser tab on a Windows 11 laptop. However, since only devices with displays are listed as "available devices," it appears that this is not possible.
Anyone with a solution for this?
Thank you very much.

PS: There is no BBC Sounds problem.

Google Wifi Location Issue
I recently got a Google wifi 3-pack from Amazon. The installation of wifi in our new shed, located around 30 feet from our brick house, is one of my aims for moving to this. There is electricity right below the window in our kitchen that views directly across our yard to the shed. I want to mount it to the window frame using a wall/ceiling mount. Our microwave is located right near the window, which worries me. That wouldn't be a problem if this could cause interference when the microwave operates. It could cause interference even while it isn't running, which worries me.

Screenless devices and Windows Chrome tab casting are not supported.

Hello.
I want to broadcast BBC Sounds (i.e., audio only) from a Chrome browser tab on a Windows 11 laptop to a Google Home or Google Mini. It appears this is impossible, though, as only devices with displays are listed as "available devices."
Does anybody with an answer to this problem?
I sincerely appreciate it.

PS: There is no issue with BBC Sounds.

Hey there,

Thanks for bringing this up to me, I'd love to take a look into this for you. The first troubleshooting step that I'd recommend would be to restart your device. This process should keep all your settings, and reconnect it to the same Wi-Fi network. This might be helpful if it ever freezes, has connection problems, or isn't working normally.

Best regards,
Brad
