Nest Doorbell

I can’t remove the doorbell to get the QR code. I have original box with serial number.

i read you can use the serial number to set up in app but there are more than 6 digits/letters.

can Google provide the 6 digits required based on the serial number?

Unfortunately, you need the QR code or the 6-character setup code to reinstall Google Nest cameras and doorbells. If you are reinstalling, you'll probably need to perform a factory reset, which also requires removing the doorbell
