Has anyone else found an answer to why the doorbell loses wifi connection in any cold weather? Only fix I found is me going outside disconnecting it and reconnecting it, but that's temporary also. Who wants to keep going outside and doing this in cold weather?

I get the "offline" notification a few times a week but it seems to come back on itself within an hour or so. Absolutely no idea why.

I had connection problems with one of my cameras, which I fixed by adding a wifi extender. You seem to have a similar problem with your doorbell camera.
You could try a wifi extender, or even a mesh router with multiple stations to extend the wifi signal.

Nope, just that doorbell and only when it's cold out. I have two other cameras further from this doorbell and they work fine in my Nest Mesh. Yes I already have a Mesh Network this is why I said I only have issues when it's cold.

Your problem is thus perplexing. I don't have an answer for you.
My five cameras remain connected even in the coldest days in the winter and I'm in Canada (Québec). We get - 20 Celsius and even to - 30 C in the winters and this doesn't cause any problems.

It's confusing to me also. Doesn't make any sense. My other doorbell works fine in any weather. All the other cameras work fine at a further distance from the last mesh point work fine. This doorbell is in between two mesh points.

Hey everyone,
@Doxboi, i apologize for the inconvenience you're experiencing. Let's troubleshoot your WiFi connection and see if we can get it resolved quickly. Have you tried doing a factory reset on your Nest camera? Here is a link on how to restart or factory reset a Nest camera or doorbell.
Thanks for the help, @gilleslibre and @Super_paulie.
Best,
Edmond

I have done a factory reset, removed it and re added it. I want everyone to read this and comprehend what I am writing. I have a Nest mesh router. 1 mesh point in the rear of my home, then another mesh in my garage. I have a small city lot home. In between the 1st mesh point and and the second mesh point is the doorbell. There is a camera parallel to the last mesh point which works fine. Then there is another camera after the last mesh point, this camera is furthest from the main Nest router and after the last mesh point and it works fine. Please don't repeat the same responses others suggested and I answered. Does it sometimes come back after a length of time yes, but should it do this at all? No. I test the speed at different points and WiFi is strong. This only happens when it's cold out. Thank you

When your doorbell goes offline, have you tried waiting some hours before taking action? If you wait some time and eventually the doorbell reconnects by itself, this could nevertheless point to a wifi connection problem.
