The last month our Nest wired doorbell has been disconnecting a lot and now it’s fully offline.
On average once every 6 months we’d loose connection and I was able to fix it by disconnecting it, cleaning the wires, and then reconnecting it.
But recently in the last 3 months, I’ve had to do this every month. I did it mid December and again a week ago. And now when I clean it, it stays active for about 10 minutes before going offline again. I have already rebooted and reseted the wifi routers and extenders and it still doesn’t pick it up. I have my phone next to the camera and it cant find it.
It’s getting power and displaying a light blue ring (and green light).
Have already tried accessing it through the online web link and the camera is listed as offline.

We've had three 1st gen Google Nest Hello Doorbells for years and have never had to disconnect them and clean the wires.
However, your doorbell transformer can affect your video doorbell. Like other customers in this forum, we upgraded to a 16V 30VA transformer a couple of years ago.

Hi Leash,
Thank you so much for posting in the community. I'm sorry to hear that your Nest wired doorbell has gone offline by itself.
To help me find the best solution, I'll need to ask you a few questions:
@MplsCustomer thank you for your help and effort.
Keep me posted.
