Hi recently bought a nest doorbell battery it worked at the start but then stopped working and now and now is not connecting to my Wi-Fi and doesn't recognise the Wi-Fi as it was the same Wi-Fi as before can anyone please help

Hello, I'm an end user like you. For this problem I think your best approach is to speak on the phone with an actual Google Tech that can help you trouble shoot. The way to do this is to open a support ticket and click the PHONE CALL option when it comes up. Here is the link to get started....
