Nest Hello Doorbell first generation live video not working

As of Wednesday (February 28th) the live video (camera) on my Nest Hello Doorbell (first generation) has stopped working. This is the second Nest Hello Doorbell I'm on (the first one took on physical damage from the elements) and after going back-and-fourth with Google, they sent me a replacement device and I returned my damaged one. I can hear live audio but the live video does not show. I have tried the factory reset option two times, I have reset my wireless, but I get the same result. Does this mean this relatively new replacement Nest Hello doorbell has gone bad and needs to be replaced? I honestly have a feeling this replacement Google sent me was a refurb being that the Hello gen 1 is no longer sold by Google.

Nobody has any ideas beyond pushing Google to replace it (yet again)?
