I got my nest hello when I started building my house last year. Due to construction delays we just moves in and I discovered a problem with the mounting plate keeping the camera in place. There is no replacement parts online for sale yet nest is telling me that they cannot replace my mounting plate because it's not under warranty. If you make a product and don't offer replacement parts for sale, you should cover the parts when the product is defective.
