My Nest Hello has started peeling after only two years of operation, and only recently has been unable to stay powered on even though it’s wired with ############V.
The product is also unable to stay powered on when connected via usb to a computer. I have reset, factory reset, removed the product from my account and reconnected it, checked the voltage reaching the doorbell, etc. Nothing seems to fix the power failure issue.
I have seen multiple posts reporting the delaminating as a cosmetic issue, but I also think this could be causing the power failure as well. The doorbell is located on a covered porch and does not receive direct sunlight.
@Brad I have seen you responding to many of the delamination posts. Could you help?
