Nest Hello QR code not accessible and cannot remove from wall.

Thanks for checking! My son was able to get it detached for me to get the code.

Why can't you remove it, there is a small hole on the underside you can stick something strong and thin in to release it.  It came with a pin for this purpose if I recall correctly, but anything thin enough to fit in there and strong enough not to bend when you apply pressure ought to work.

Yes - I tried using both the little tool that came with it and a straightened paper clip but neither worked!! I wish I could just provide the product SN and get on with it. Ugh.

In the box, on the cardboard envelope thing there is also a qr code you can scan to add your Nest Hello.
