Nest Hello Replacement Bracket

Desperately looking for a replacement Nest Hello metal mounting bracket that our contractor broke. I contacted support but because it’s out of warranty, they won’t provide a replacement. I even offered to pay for it but they said it’s not possible.  Nest support has always been awesome but this is really disappointing because now the doorbell is useless without a part that probably costs a few dollars. I ordered a replacement on Amazon but they are all mounts and wedges that don’t come with the bracket so now I’m stuck. Any suggestions on where to get this part??

Sadly the so called senior Google people are pretty useless, BUT there has to be one out there that can help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They look for the easy question, answer that, then hide away again.

That's a shame, as I have one here, but I'm in the UK.

Waiting for anyone from Google will be a challenge, so Ebay could be the best way.

Like you say, for a small of amount of cash, you now have a bell which is as good as useless without a simple cheap metal component.

I think your best bet is to buy a used HELLO from Ebay.  Maybe you can find someone selling a broken camera only because you need the bracket.     Good luck.
