Nest Hello Wired Doorbell Peeling

Hello, 

Our house is full of Google Nest Products and just noticed the other day walking in that the front of the Nest Hello Wired Doorbell is cracking and peeling?

It really looks kind of crappy, is there any recalls on the front plates?

If your Nest Hello doorbell is still under warranty, then you can reach out to Support for assistance. If your device is no longer covered, I am afraid there is nothing more that can be done in these Nest Community Forums.

After reading some of the comments from other users with the same peeling and cracking issue, where they said that Google Nest replaced their door bell face even though doorbell was out of warranty?   I don't see why Google Nest won't replace this one?   We have so many Nest items throughout our home, and I am starting to think of starting to look at other products that stand by their product.
