Status light above the camera is solid green but I have no color on the ring button.
The doorbell was purchased from the Google Store in Aug. 2021
The doorbell worked fine at initial installation for a few days, then I received notification that the doorbell was offline. I did all the resets and tested the power with a digital multimeter and found no issues but I still can not get the unit to work.

Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. It sounds like your Nest Hello may be having some Power Requirement issues. I would love to look into this further for you and help you find a solution. We have this great article on Power Requirements, and I think it really just comes down to it not getting enough power at some point. You can read about it here. I did get a hold of Google support and between us it has been determined that the unit is defective and steps have been taken to have it replaced.
