Hey-
I have a nest hello that had lost connection - when I tried to start it up it lights up with the Blue circle, then quickly flashes a green light at the top of the unit then locks up. It wont power on beyond that point and continues to loop every 30sec or so.
(Ive also tried resetting the unit, I have removed it from the app, I've pushed the back and front buttons, I've checked the power and its fine.)
Any ideas how to fix this?

I'm sorry to hear that and thanks for being a step ahead. Do you have the battery-powered doorbell or the wired one? Also, what’s the status of the LED light on your doorbell after the reset?
