Nest Hello doorbell is peeling - Attn: Brad

Hello,

We installed a Nest Hello when we built our new home, approximately two years ago. I have not been able to locate my receipt, but we did sign up for Nest Aware Plus when the doorbell was installed. We also have two of the Gen 3 learning thermostats and a Google Home Mini.  We recently purchased two Nest Hello doorbells for our children. After we installed my son's doorbell, I noticed that his camera was more clear than ours, so when I came home, I decided to wipe it off with a microfiber cloth. It was at that time that I noticed that the exterior is peeling off. It's mainly around the perimeter, but looks bad and may be interfering with the camera. I checked online and found that lots of people have this same problem. I don't want this to happen to the doorbells we just purchased for our children and am considering returning those to avoid future problems. I first wanted to see if someone could help. There was someone named Brad online who appears to have helped others. Thank you very much. My name is Lloyd BalesNest Hello peeling - Lloyd bales.jpg

I realize that this is a forum and you are supposed to wait for a reply to your post, but is it possible to contact someone who has helped others on here? I see Brad's profile, but am not sure if there is a way to send him a private message or if there is any other way to contact him. Sorry for my ignorance, but I'm new to this community.
