Nest Hello doorbell (wired) just stopped working after completing the requested update to v.5.71.0.27.
HAS THERE BEEN A FIX TO THE FIRMWARE VERSION ISSUE.
I did several attempt to resolve the issue with Google One team (chats, calls) to be told after several hours and different agent that a specialist from higher level will call me back or reach out by email. Have not heard from anyone since July 31.
Can someone help to direct me to the right department to have this fixed. There has been a couple burglary on our street and this is very stressful. I would like to get the camera back in order.

There was an update posted today (5.72) on the App Store. Try that and see if it corrects the issue.
5.71 has been the most stable for me yet.
