I have a Nest Hello doorbell that is peeling… yet again! I am extremely disappointed with this product as this was replaced in late 2020 for the same reason. It has only been in use for little over 12 months and the problem is back again. It is not in direct sunlight and isn’t overly exposed to other elements. This issue must be a result of bad design, poor quality control and wrong choice of materials. A doorbell which is meant to be used outdoors that only lasts a year before failing is extremely disappointing, especially when you pay a hefty price for it!
Can a google rep please assist me. I hope something can be done as I’m now out of my warranty and anticipate being fobbed off.
