Nest Hello doorbell, where do i view my video files

My nest hello doorbell seems to be working fine.  1, issue is the pink color of the pictures. 2, where do I go to see and view my video files? 3, can I change the video time duration?

I don't know why you're getting a pink color. Do you by any chance have "Night vision" turned on all the time?

There is no setting for changing the video time duration in the Google Nest app.

Over the years I have had my nest cameras have that PINK look to them.  I have fixed them by fully removing the power for a minute and then letting the camera fully reboot.   However one of my IQ cameras got stuck and would not self correct no matter what I did.  I ended up buying a used one from eBay and all is good.
