Unable to disable indoor chime

Hi everyone,

After initially not working, my indoor door chime does ring when the button is pressed on the Nest doorbell. 

However, in setting the switch in Settings > Doorbell > Ring indoor chime to OFF does not disable the indoor chime.

Isn’t it supposed to? How can this be fixed?

Hello,   I have the older HELLO doorbell so I can't give it a try.  But here are my thoughts:

#1 if you are planning on leaving if off then you could go up into the mechanical doorbell (where you installed the PUCK) and just unscrew one of the power powers.
