Hi Support team,
I am writing to report an issue with my Nest Hello doorbell. While the mechanical functionality of the doorbell is intact and working, I have noticed that the front panel of the doorbell is peeling, and it continued to worsen. This has significantly affected the appearance of the doorbell, making it look quite terrible.
If someone could share an email address with me, I will attach photos of the peeling front panel for your reference. Could you please advise on the next steps to resolve this issue? I am keen to have the doorbell looking as good as it works.
