My wired doorbell mounting bracket is broken and I need to get a replacement. I just purchased this though Google and it was delivered 12/2. Please help with getting a new bracket sent.
Seems to me that Nest/Google are hopeless at providing replacement parts. I have managed to lose the mounting plate on my nest battery doorbell (bought 10 days ago) and was told yesterday that they don’t provide replacement mounting kits. Which means my £170 doorbell is now effectively trash due to them failing to provide a part probably costing £1 to make. Seems pretty cynical lack of product support to me.
