So my Nest Hello went dead for no reason. The blue ring is still lightning up for a bit, but then the green light on top of the camera comes up for a milisecond and the blue ring and the green light gets cutoff.
Ofcourse, Nest couldn’t provide me with any help (quote: “buy a new one sir”) so I did some searching. Many of you already replied about the ifixit battery replacement. So, my good guess was that the internal battery of my Hello was dead. So I ordered a new battery, opened the ifixit website, replaced the battery and guess what, nothing happened. Still same issue.
So i did the most stupidest thing, I bought a new Nest Hello. **bleep**ing hate it but can’t live without it.
Maybe next time, put a “best before” sticker on it, so then people know they can buy a new doorbell in 2/3 years. Pathetic.

Ow and no. Factory reset or whatever doesn’t do anything.

Can you link a Nest Hello battery replacement?

Also, I wonder why the internal power supply replacement didn't work?

Got mine here: https://www.subtel.nl/batterij-voor-google-nest-hello-nc5100us-1icp7/17/############mah-vervangende-...
So I don’t know what’s wrong with it.

And did I mention it’s peeling like crazy as well. The quality of this thing is so bad.
